Zafar Taji possesses more than 35 years experience of working in major Multinational Organizations like Exxon Corporation, Union Carbide of USA, and British American Tobacco. During his career, he has held diversified positions such as Head of IT, Head of Financial Planning, Head of ERP and Head of HR.

However, during the last ten years, his major role has been in the Area of integrating HR Strategy with Business Strategy as a member of the Executive Board of one of the largest organization in the country and transforming HR Function into and important pillar of organizational development
