CONCEPT

The purpose of 'Strategic Retreat' is to provide effective off-site planning, business review, and problem-solving sessions away from daily work distractions. Retreat will provide a more relaxed and innovative thinking environment for better collaboration, brain storming, and decision-making.

The facilitator will bring together the management team, ask questions to stimulate thinking processes, validate their planning, problem diagnosis and provide new insights.
