OUTDOOR LEARNING DIVISION
Outdoor learning division of Possibilities is successfully helping organizations tackle one of the most sensitive HR issues faced by business. During the last century there has been tremendous growth in outdoor education due to its effectiveness. We use an experiential approach to physical and mental development.
FEATURES:
1. All of our outdoor team building programs are conducted away from home and workplace in a novel, mostly natural environment
2. This is a 24 hours a day program. Teams remain engaged starting form 5am to midnight.
TRAINING VENUES:
To offer our clients a range of venues, Possibilities® collaborates with Indus Guides and other outdoor service providers with adequate experience. We are practicing highest quality standards in adventure learning and camping

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Our technical team comprised of outdoor experts is highly skilled with knowledge and experience of adventure for over 20 years.
To ensure safety, our technical experts choose and test all equipment such as specialized static and dynamic ropes, harnesses, karabiners, ascenders, descenders, life jackets and helmets, climbing mittens, etc. before using in an adventure exercise.
SAFETY
Safety first is the rule of the game. Safety is the overruling concern in all the practical exercises. We don't expose our participants to unnecessary danger, hazards, excitement or threats. Our objective is to develop human potential without compromising safety of the team.

LEARNING METHODOLOGY
Learning will be enhanced through active involvement in exercises followed by review. Participants will learn by active participation during the workshop through the use of exercises, syndicate and group discussions, dialogues on "real life" issues in the organization and simulations
1. ACT: Participants are given a task to complete or a problem to solve that requires team work2. REFLECT: They "look back on" their past experiences, extract the present lessons, and ready to transfer this as future learning
3. TRANSFER: Participants transfer learning from their experience to change in the workplace. Change is not necessarily always behavioral (may be feeling or thinking
4. SUSTAIN: The organization provides the ongoing support resources to sustain or maintain learning and change at work
