DIFFERENT STAGES OF THE WORK PLAN
Stage 1:
Job Analysis & Specifications
Understand the client organization, and the business unit relevant to the position.
Confirm Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from the job description including minimum level of education, qualification, required work experience, specialist knowledge, core technical skills, inter-personal skills, and desired age for the position.
Confirm the job specifications, including reporting lines, authority levels and compensation structure.
Stage 2:
Search & Screen
Engage in search efforts using direct leads (head hunting), and indirect leads.
Stage 3:
Final Selection
We will set dates for final interviews, in consultation with the client.
Help in setting up final interviews with the client, if so desired.
Assist in negotiations with the top finalists.
