Qaiser Abbas is the Founder & Chief Inspiring Officer of Possibilities®, a leading management training & consulting company, operating internationally with head office in Pakistan.

As an organizational Psychologist, Qaiser specialized in using experiential learning methodology in outdoor training. He pioneered the concepts of 'trainment' and 'Management By Adventure' (MBA) to bring greater purpose, meaning and excitement to the business of learning and development.

He has facilitated outdoor learning experiences for a number of leading companies and businesses some of his key clients are Coca Cola, P&G, Ufone, Nokia-Siemens, Telenor, Haier, KSB, ORIX, Total, Reckitt Benckiser and Hinopak etc.

His recent publication 'Outclass Teams' is the first book on team-building written by a Pakistani author.
