Arif holds master degrees in Applied Psychology, English Literature and Business Administration. He earned Diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility from World Bank Institute Washington in 2005. He is the author of Follow Your Dreams.

He has intense interest in the fields of communication, conflict management, leadership, Managing with Emotional Quotient, training and personal development.

As an entrepreneur, he founded Better World Foundation. He has dedicated his life to spread the message of hope among young leaders of PAKISTAN.
