Zaheer Baig

Mr. Zaheer Baig is with 30 years of diversified experience in multinational and public sector corporations with over 20 years in sales & marketing as well as over 8 years as Head of HR at multinational and big Oil & Gas, manufacturing, telecom and Pharma sector organizations. He has experience of working in a widely assorted array of disciplines of general management, sales & marketing, OD/HR and business development.

While working at Pakistan State Oil, Played a major role in PSO's transformation. He was assigned various dynamic roles. During his first role as General Manager (Retail) he with his dedicated team improved the perception of PSO by developing new vision retail outlets, restructuring retail department and improving customer focus. He as General Manager industrial consumer, agency trade and power projects, won all the major tender businesses and made PSO as preferred partner. He was invited at Petrol World Asia Conference at Penang, Malaysia to deliver a speech on Pakistan's De-Regulation Scenario during 2003. At OCAC, he played important team members role in defining CNG strategy for oil marketing companies. He launched fleet, corporate and loyalty cards effectively and rolled out business centers at gas stations with all key communication tools.
